Return Policy
At our company, we take pride in the grading process and stand by every grade we provide. Once the grading process has begun, we do not accept any returns. However, if you notice an error on a label, please reach out to us, and we will gladly correct it. Thank you for your understanding and support!

USPS Shipping Insurance Policy

Precision Grade includes a set amount of USPS shipping insurance with every return shipment. We take great care in packaging and preparing all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, we highly recommend that customers consider purchasing additional USPS insurance if the declared value of their cards exceeds the included coverage. This provides added protection and peace of mind during transit.

Once an order has left our facility and tracking information has been provided, Precision Grade is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during shipping, including any amount exceeding the included and/or additional USPS insurance coverage. All claims related to transit issues must be directed to USPS.
